Everything, in one place.

Getting started

That's exactly who it's built for. Onboarding sets your starting point from your answers, not a generic template.

Every exercise shows an animation of the movement. Bolt explains the reasoning in plain language when you ask. You don't need to know what a superset is to start on day one.

No. Set where you train, full gym, home setup, or bodyweight only, and the app only serves exercises you can do with what's actually in front of you. Change it whenever your week changes.

1400+ exercises, from your first bodyweight rep at home to your heaviest barbell set in the gym.

Plans and pricing

Yes. Free gets you the logger, a starter exercise library, your streak and your weekly training chart. No card, no countdown.

Lite and Pro unlock the full library of over 1,400 exercises, long-range analytics, saved custom workouts, and Bolt. Both prices are visible in the app before you commit to anything.

Free gets you moving with the core library, basic analytics and 30 days of history. Lite unlocks the full 1400+ library, manual blocks and cycles, and unlimited history. Pro adds Bolt as a full coach, with adaptive progression and deep analytics.

The full breakdown sits in the comparison sheet on the features page.

Bolt, your AI coach

Bolt is an AI coach, currently in Beta. It is not a human.

Bolt is the AI coach inside the app. Ask what to train today and it answers from your real history: what you lifted, what you skipped, which muscles you underworked this week.

It proposes your next working weights, builds a full session on demand, and flags when you're pushing too hard. Lite includes Bolt Assist. Pro opens full chat.

Workouts and planning

Both. Start a ready-made BDYSession in one tap, or build your own from the library and save it, schedule it and repeat it on Lite or Pro.

Need more than a single session? Blocks and Cycles let you plan weeks ahead instead of deciding on the way to the gym.

A BDYBlock is a reusable weekly plan: a set of workout slots not tied to weekdays. A BDYCycle chains blocks into a multi-week plan. Run one block, or two alternating every other week, for 4, 8 or 12 weeks.

No. The slots in a block aren't tied to weekdays. Start any slot, any day, in any order.

Progress and analytics

Activity, a performance score, duration, strength and volume trends, and a muscle heatmap showing where your training actually lands.

Pull up the week, the month, the year, or every session you've ever trained.

Yes. Log body measurements, body-fat % via a circumference or BMI method, and front, side and back progress photos over time.

Streaks, rewards and community

It's weekly, not daily. Hit your weekly goal before Sunday and the streak carries on.

It resets, unless you have a freeze saved. You earn freezes to protect a streak when life gets in the way.

Points you earn with every completed session. They build into levels as you keep training.

Yes. There's a feed of completed workouts you can share to, and you can post anonymously.
