So - what is BDYCTRL?
BDYCTRL (short for Body Control) is a fitness app built for real life. It's built for everyone in need of a push - the busy parent, the career-driven professional, the person who's tried to start a dozen times and never quite stuck with it.
The fitness industry has done a remarkable job building tools for people who already have a fitness routine. We're building for the people who want to get there.
Starting has never been this simple. That's one of our big promises. Every decision we make, from how the app feels the first time you open it to how it rewards you 66 days in, is built around one question: does this make it easier to move?

This is version one. Our development roadmap goes much further. But we believe in shipping, learning, and iterating rather than waiting for perfect.
